Art Brown Ministries is based on the 61st Chapter of Isaiah the Prophet, starting at verse one, continuing through verse three.

This mandate from God will, with the help of the Holy Spirit, be accomplished through religious educational courses, civic and church leadership development programs, community outreach, and conveyance of Gospel principles through action and by preaching the Word.

The Directors and Officers have over 100 combined years of pastoral ministry; religious education, community development, health maintenance, guidance counseling, community program development and management.
